As such, Units included in the lease-back agreement for hotel operations are entitled to special benefits and privileges for a worry-free investment.

Unit owners are given 70% of the net income from Hotel earnings.

Profit shares are distributed based on the type of unit an owner has (a) studio (b) 1 bedroom (c) 2 bedroom. The bigger the unit, the bigger share an owner would get.
COMPLIMENTARY 30 NIGHTS HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Every year each unit owner is given 30-room night stay at their unit, or in case of unavailability, a similar unit. This is non-cumulative and should be consumed within the calendar year.
NO MONTHLY & ASSOCIATION DUES
Payment of monthly and association dues shall be handled by the hotel management for the entire duration of the lease back period.
